We have previously held an event based on the questions surrounding Psychometric Testing in the hiring process. Di has many years of experience with psychometrics and there is much debate surrounding it. As part of our service we have now formed an association with an eminent Occupational Psychologist. This person is a highly qualified individual with her services being offered as an alternative to these tests. Her qualifications and experience details are:
Chartered Occupational Psychologist
MSc Occupational Psychology
BSc Hons Psychology
Fellow of the British Psychological Society
Principal member of the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP).
Level A & B qualified.
