The Partnership – Who are we and what do we do

We are a boutique practice positioned as a Search House – delivering a bespoke service to our clients either through a search assignment, market mapping (a strategic piece of work on a specific area of the market), or mystery customer research. We are generalists across retail and brand.

The practice ethos emanates from the founder, Di Bridges.  Her career built with an ‘Art and Science’ approach to business, allowing creativity and entrepreneurialism to be married with a clear strategic plan on each piece of work through a well-practised methodology, demanding detail and qualified data to support any piece of work.
