The Partnership – Who are we and what do we do
We are a boutique practice positioned as a Search House – delivering a bespoke service to our clients either through a search assignment, market mapping (a strategic piece of work on a specific area of the market), or mystery customer research. We are generalists across retail and brand.
The practice ethos emanates from the founder, Di Bridges. Her career built with an ‘Art and Science’ approach to business, allowing creativity and entrepreneurialism to be married with a clear strategic plan on each piece of work through a well-practised methodology, demanding detail and qualified data to support any piece of work.

Having managed both corporate and boutique style business in the UK and internationally throughout my career, the practice has a robust foundation in proper business protocols plus a high quality of process and strategic thinking to bring to a piece of work. We understand the complexities of running a business and within retail and brand we have gathered a depth of knowledge, instinct and experience through serving some of the most respected brands in the world. Our experience extends from operating with corporate boards and houses, to supporting the strategic growth of a business regardless of its size into a global brand or a business ready to float. We ensure that the infrastructure meets the demands of the market, from the person leading the business and creating the vision and strategy to the supporting key executives. We have an experienced team bringing a high level of gravitas for the benefit of all our clients and candidates.
