Catherine Wade-Thomas – Head of Research

Catherine Wade-Thomas  is a modern languages graduate with an early career in sales before moving into search. She has over 15 years of experience – seven of those years in a global Executive Search business. Within the partnership – Catherine has managed executive assignments across a wide base of retail, FMCG and brand across a variety of disciplines operating at CEO, COO, MD and Director level appointments. Catherine also has previous experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications, Consumer and Not for Profit. She brings a mature diverse expertise and knowledge. Since joining the partnership Catherine has enjoyed the diversity of working with various countries from Australia to China and continues to thrive in our unique practice which continues to embrace the excitement and challenges of the industry with flair and imagination.  Catherine quickly builds a rapport with those executives we search and they feel an immediate trust with her easy style and considered approach.

Robyn Meyer – Senior Consultant

Prior to joining the Di Bridges Partnership, Robyn’s career has been focused on the wholesale and retail sector with over thirteen years’ experience. Robyn was instrumental in the re-launch of the Thomas Burberry line back into the UK market with a key focus on the womenswear offer . She was responsible for the UK distribution strategy and setting up shop in shop concepts for the brand. Robyn also liaised very closely with the design team to ensure a strong and commercial collection was successfully launched. Other roles included working for the British Heritage brand Pringle of Scotland and the contemporary lifestyle brand Hugo Boss. During her career, she has developed and maintained strong working relations with key contacts within the fashion industry. Her enthusiasm is infectious and Robyn is now a key member of the consulting team within the partnership – she brings a real flavor of fashion, taste and trend which compliments that portfolio of business we operate with. She has strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.  She has both local and international knowledge across all sectors of buying, selling and retail management PR and Marketing and has successfully worked with our clients in both Paris, Italy and the UK.

To complement this expertise, the partnership’s teams of both consultants and researchers are highly educated and varied. Through our Graduate program we continue to develop our future consultants with great success.
