DEFINITIONS IN THE TRUE SENSE AS PER THE OXFORD DICTIONARY

Opportunity noun – favourable time, condition good chance. A time or set of circumstances that makes it possible to do something.

HOW DO WE ALL MANAGE, CELEBRATE AND INTEGRATE EVERY DAY THE GLORIOUS DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HUMAN-KIND?

“Fully embracing and driving diversity and inclusion in its broadest terms is so obvious to me for any organisation to stay relevant, agile and ahead. Looking at the world from different perspectives is the key.”

HENRIK MANSSON

“Our workplaces have never been so modern & digital – but for all our technology we can’t close the gender pay gap.  The challenge for HR is to solve the contradiction between an agile, flexible future of work and an approach to equality all too often based on rules and reporting.”
