MARIO MUTTENTHALER

Mario Muttenthaler was appointed as the first Chief Marketing Officer at The Cambridge Satchel Company in June 2014 following the company’s $21m funding from Index Ventures in January 2014.

Mario joined from MRPORTER.COM where as Sales & Marketing Director he was instrumental in the launch and development of the brand.  He began his digital career as Online Marketing Manager at lastminute.com in 2001 before he joined NET-A-PORTER.COM as Marketing Manager.

As Chief Marketing Officer Mario is responsible for brand strategy, PR and customer experience on The Cambridge Satchel website as well as acquiring and retaining customers through on and offline channels. In addition he oversees all revenue streams for the business – a global website, 5 retail stores and wholesale partners across the UK, US, Europe and the APAC region.

RUBY VICTOR

Currently with Smythson of Bond Street as Head of Marketing and Communications, Ruby is a marketing communications professional with a broad range of experience in brand identity and profile development for premium and luxury brands across both traditional and digital marketing channels; specifically focused and engaged in delivering integrated holistic communications programmes maximising the impact of content and commerce.  Previously she was Digital Director with Modus Publicity as well as holding senior Marketing/Digital/E-commerce driven positions at Liberty, Reiss, Habitat and the Gucci Group.

RICHARD MARTIN

Richard currently consults for businesses who require ‘modernising’ offering strategy, content creation and execution.

Previously Managing Director at Vice Media iD.co and Amuse.co, Brand Director at Lyle and Scott and Global Director of Marketing at Fred Perry.  Richard Martin has successfully transitioned himself and the businesses he has worked with to digital focused models.

RACHEL WALLER

Rachel is the Global Director of Online Communications for FarFetch, leading brand marketing, advertising, social media, online brand communications, App & video content, working on building Farfetch’s brand awareness across 22 markets and in 9 languages.

Previously to her near 6 year career with the brand, she previously held positions with Mediacom and Affiliate Window.
